Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joey Cervoni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shawn Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carter has chosen Stuntin' like my Daddy as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Shawn Carter has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shawn Carter!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cervoni slips a jab and a cross from Carter.
Carter throws a series of punches but Cervoni moves out of range.
Carter scores with a nice head shot.
Carter tries to clinch up but Cervoni circles away and keeps his distance.
Cervoni really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Cervoni jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Cervoni shoots in and drives through. Carter sprawls well.
Carter scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Carter leaves Cervoni with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Cervoni decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Carter wants to get back to his feet.
Carter is trying to control but can't.

Carter pushes Cervoni off and gets back to his feet.
Cervoni swats away the attempt to clinch by Carter.
Carter is looking to slow Cervoni down with leg kicks.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Carter scores with a jab to the body.
Cervoni is breathing heavily.
Cervoni swinging wilding here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cervoni fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Carter bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cervoni's head backwards.

Carter lands a head kick that stumbles Cervoni and the fighters go to the mat.
Carter is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Cervoni is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Carter accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carter slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Cervoni is looking for a sweep.
Cervoni takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Oh Cervoni is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Carter lands a strong strike to the head of Cervoni. That's dazed him! Carter looking to finish here. Cervoni is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Carter lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
