Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Asher Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Costa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thiago Costa!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Costa fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
A slow jab from Lee misses its intended target.
Lee jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Costa looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
No luck for Costa with that takedown attempt.
Asher Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thiago Costa.
Costa tries to clinch there but Lee circles away.
Thiago Costa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Costa blocks a head kick by Lee.
Lee throws a hook to the side of Costa's head but Costa sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Lee looks for the body kick but Costa saw that one coming.
Costa walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

It looks like Thiago Costa has been cut.
Costa tries to clinch but Lee moves out of range.
Good work by Lee as he checks the leg kick.

Costa drives through and clinches with Lee against the cage.
Costa jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lee walks away with a smile on his face. Costa gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Lee throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Costa.
Costa moves in looking to clinch but Lee pushes him off.

Lee tries to bum rush Costa with a series of wild strikes but Costa uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Costa pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Lee lands a left and a right that send Costa crashing to the mat, dazed. Lee thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Costa is rocked!
Costa looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Costa is still on wobbly legs! Can Lee finish him?
Costa defending well as Lee loads up on a big left hand.
Costa seems to have recovered his senses.
Costa tries to clinch up.
Lee keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lee cracks Costa with a right hand to the side of the head.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Costa shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense.

Costa throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Costa tries to clinch there but Lee circles away.
Lee lands with a right hand.
Costa doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Lee looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lee jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Lee closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Costa out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
