Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karate Kid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Logan Sky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kid comes to the cage accompanied by Go to sleep. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sky throws a jab when Kid was well out of range.
Sky looks to land a right hand but Kid moved out of range.
Kid throws a series of strikes that have Sky backpedaling.
It looks like Logan Sky has been cut.
Kid uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sky.
Kid jabs Sky right on the nose. Sky blinks but takes it well.
Sky throws out a loose jab but Kid uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kid fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sky, pushing him back against the cage.
Kid has Sky pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kid pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Sky tumbling to the mat - Kid dives into Sky's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kid wants to pass the guard but Sky is keeping the position.
Sky is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kid defends well.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kid accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Sky has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kid can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Sky avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Sky is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kid is aware though and is defending well.
Kid looking to pass the guard.
Kid slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Sky is trying to improve his position.
Sky on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Sky takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Kid tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Sky wants to control but Kid postures up.
Kid stands up.
Sky looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

Sky looking to pass the guard.
Sky trying to control the position from guard on top but Kid is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Kid wants to sweep but no luck.
Kid is looking for a triangle but Sky pushes his legs off easily.
Kid had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Sky is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kid Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Sky's back instead.
Kid is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Sky. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
Kid throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage.

Sky trying to control the action but Kid just sinks the hooks in.
Sky breaks Kid's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Kid escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sky gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Kid is breathing heavily.
Sky drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sky jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kid is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sky defends well.
Kid working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sky doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sky manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Kid throws a jab when Sky was well out of range.
Kid throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kid throws a right and a left that Sky avoids nicely.
Sky scores with a jab. Kid acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Kid avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sky lands a lovely overhand right.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kid takes a swing at Sky's ribcage but misses.
Sky shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Kid looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Karate Kid dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Logan Sky's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Sky moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Sky misses with a looping left.
Sky throws out a leg kick but Kid moves out of range and Sky only half commits.

Kid lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Sky misses the target.
Kid misses with a wild body shot.
Sky walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Kid checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Kid on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Sky looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Kid wants to get back to his feet.
Sky tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kid knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Sky is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Kid looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Kid moves into full guard.
Sky passes Kid's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Sky is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Kid is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Sky with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Sky is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Kid has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Sky is breathing heavily.
Sky prevents Kid from getting the reversal.
Sky sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Kid wants to control but Sky is having none of it.
Kid keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Kid tries to hold on but Sky pushes him away.
Sky looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Kid can't escape the position.

Sky forces the positional change into back control.
Kid is really stuck here.
Sky has got one arm under Kid's chin. This could be trouble... Kid trying to control the other hand but Sky gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Kid has tapped out! The fight is over!
