The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dickinson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
De Groot looks to land a combination but Dickinson avoids it well.

De Groot tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no De Groot has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Dickinson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as De Groot walks away with a smile on his face. Dickinson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

De Groot closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dickinson did well to prevent De Groot getting side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Thijs De Groot showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Dickinson is pressed up against the cage. De Groot has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dickinson down to the mat. Dickinson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
De Groot shoots in looking for a takedown. Dickinson tries to sprawl out of it but De Groot keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dickinson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

De Groot drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dickinson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now De Groot has Dickinson in his guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if De Groot can do anything to dispel that myth.

Thijs De Groot comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well De Groot has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
