Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ams erdam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darra Late (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). erdam's entrance music is poisen. A fine choice. Late has chosen Gangstarr - Full Clip as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
erdam misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Late connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Ams erdam has been cut.

erdam looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Late!
erdam looking to ground and pound but Late is blocking nicely.

erdam working for a guillotine from mount but Late is in no mood to give up.
Late is wriggling around trying to escape.
erdam is landing with some decent strikes but Late is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Late holds on for dear life, controlling erdam's posture momentarily.

erdam fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Late is bucking up trying to escape but erdam cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Late can do anything to dispel that myth.

Late bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in erdam's guard.
Late wants to stand but erdam is controlling his posture from full guard.
Late must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Late stands up from erdam's guard - Late perhaps looking for a knockout.
Late paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
The fighters circle momentarily. Late darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
