Gomi comes to the cage accompanied by Lose Yourself. Sobral comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Prodigy - Smack My Bitch Up kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sobral throws a nice looking combination but Gomi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sobral doesn't manage to clinch there - Gomi circles away.
Sobral pivots, looking for a leg kick but Gomi is out of range and Sobral settles back down.
Gomi looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Sobral keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sobral takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Sobral shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gomi pinned against the cage. Gomi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Sobral is sitting in close to Gomi's body. Gomi has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Sobral is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Sobral is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Gomi.
