Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tralley Babel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunner Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grant clinches up with Babel and pushes him back against the cage.

Grant breaks the clinch.
Babel tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Grant swivels and escapes.

Babel closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Grant did well to prevent Babel getting side control.

Babel fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Grant avoids it really well and circles away.

Grant drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Babel manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Grant has Babel in his guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Babel is in close to Grant's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Grant rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Babel moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tralley Babel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Babel shoots for a double leg takedown but Grant sprawls well. He's pushed Babel's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Grant throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Babel.
Babel moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Grant dodges the punch combination from Babel.
Grant tries a head kick but it misses.
Babel gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Grant counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Grant wants to control from the top but Babel keeps moving.

Babel loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Grant scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Babel land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Babel stands and salutes the crowd.
