Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Evandro Feanor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Plaza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Plaza bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Feanor's face as Plaza controls the position.
Feanor is looking for a sweep.
Plaza tries to move to mount but Feanor blocks the move with his legs.
Feanor gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Feanor had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Plaza is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Feanor Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Plaza's back instead.

Plaza got a little sloppy there for a moment and Feanor has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Plaza has managed to get both his arms back between Feanor's legs - danger averted.
