Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hong Bok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blake Rittier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bok avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
No luck for Rittier with that takedown attempt.
Bok tries to clinch up
and Rittier counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bok won't be happy with that.
Bok struggling a bit here.
A bit of a lull in the action here.
Rittier postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Rittier is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bok is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Rittier is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bok has escaped the position, nice work there.
Bok is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Rittier tries for a kimura but Bok is defending well.

Rittier trying to control the action but Bok is working from the bottom.
Rittier tries to advance to mount but can't.
Bok is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Rittier is controlling him well.
Bok is looking to regain half guard here but Rittier keeps moving and retains side control.

Bok tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Rittier counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Rittier.
Bok tries a knee to the head but Rittier blocks it.
Bok lands an elbow just above Rittier 's eye.
Bok content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Rittier tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bok just stands there and leans against the cage.
Bok is struggling to control the position.
Bok lands an elbow inside that Rittier shrugs off.
Rittier takes an elbow to the forehead.
Bok scores a nice knee to the body.

Bok is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Bok scores with a nice hook to the head.
Rittier drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bok pulls his leg out and moves away.
Hong Bok has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Blake Rittier.
Bok darts in trying to clinch
and Rittier counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Rittier looks gassed!
Rittier is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Bok sees it coming and defends easily.
Bok is looking to control Rittier's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bok avoid being mounted?
Bok is looking to escape.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Rittier is working for a kimura but Bok is defending it quite comfortably.
Bok pushes Rittier off looking to stand but Rittier dives back in and keeps control.

Rittier slips a nice elbow through Bok's hands, connecting with Bok's forehead.
Rittier wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bok keeps working.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Bok closes the distance looking to clinch
and Rittier counters with a shoot takedown. Bok fights it but they end up in guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Bok wants to stand but Rittier is controlling the position.
Bok is trying to control the position but Rittier postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rittier postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Bok seems keen to control Rittier's posture.

Bok wants to stand and escape but Rittier is having none of it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Rittier darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Rittier is thwarting Bok's attempts to control the position.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bok is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Rittier jumps into side control!
Bok is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Rittier is controlling him well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
