And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Leonardo Dos Santos!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hansen but Hansen pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hansen missing with a left hand there. Dos Santos was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Dos Santos uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hansen.
Dos Santos looks for a takedown but Hansen sprawls well.
Dos Santos takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Hansen drops back looking for a leg! Dos Santos is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dos Santos manages to kick Hansen off! Hansen jumps back into Dos Santos's guard.
Dos Santos is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Dos Santos is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Well Hansen has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
