Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Emus Trask (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Train Wreck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Emus Trask has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Emus Trask!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Train Wreck!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wreck closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Trask did well to prevent Wreck getting side control.
Wreck perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Wreck looking to break Trask's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Trask remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Wreck will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Trask breaks Wreck's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Wreck wants to sweep but no luck.

Wreck had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Trask is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Wreck Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Trask's back instead.

Trask is trying escape back to his feet. He turns into his opponent's guard and eventually finds his way back to his feet.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Wreck bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Trask is working to avoid the ground and pound but Wreck connects with a decent elbow.

Wreck tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Wreck is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Trask has managed to free his arm - good work.
Train Wreck has got the better of the ground game so far.

Wreck seems to be working for a kimura but Trask defends the submission attempt.
Trask wants to improve his position but Wreck is controlling well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Trask swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Wreck is landing with some decent strikes but Trask is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Train Wreck showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!


Trask pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wreck tries to clinch but Trask moves out of range.

Wreck drives through with a takedown into guard.
Trask is striking but Wreck is not phased and passes to half guard.

Trask strikes from the bottom but Wreck uses the opportunity to move to side control.
Wreck is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Trask's shoulder. That is not cool.

Wreck is staying tight to Trask's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Trask is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Wreck is working Trask over with some ground and pound from side control.
Wreck wants to lay and pray for a moment but Trask keeps working.

Wreck decides to stand up, so the ref orders Trask to his feet.
Trask misses with a wild combination.
Trask tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Trask feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Wreck's calf.

Trask closes the distance and clinches.
Trask tries a knee to the head but Wreck blocks it.
Wreck keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Trask's efforts to push away.
Wreck working hard to break the clinch.

Trask blocks an uppercut.
Trask with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Trask breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Wreck closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Wreck decides to stand and escape the position.
Wreck blocks a head kick by Trask.

Trask gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Wreck stays in close to Trask's body and controls the position.

Trask pushes Wreck off and scrambles back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Wreck tries to clinch but Trask moves out of range.

Wreck drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Trask is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Trask is trying to escape back to his feet but Wreck uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Wreck moves into full mount!
Trask throwing hammer fists to the chest of Wreck. What's that going to do exactly?
Trask is working to get back to half guard.
Wreck connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Wreck looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Trask tries to hold on but Wreck postures up.

Wreck has hold of Trask's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Trask manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Trask keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Wreck is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Trask slaps away a takedown attempt from Wreck, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Trask moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Wreck takes one to the side of the head.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Wreck tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Trask swivels and escapes.
Trask lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Trask throws a head kick that Wreck semi-blocks.
Emus Trask has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Train Wreck is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Train Wreck comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
