Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Valentine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Caschera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valentine comes to the cage accompanied by Ice Cream Paintjob . Caschera has chosen Crimson King by Demons & Wizards limited edition as his entrance music. Max Caschera is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caschera avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Caschera is going olschool here, as he tries to force Valentine to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Valentine shrugs it off.

Valentine misses with a takedown

and Caschera counters with a nice double leg into side control. Valentine won't be happy with that.

Caschera decides to stand up, so the ref orders Valentine to his feet.
Caschera thows a body shot but no joy.
Caschera dives in and grabs Valentine's left leg, looking for a takedown. Valentine pushes down on Caschera's head and hops out.

Valentine escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Caschera gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
