Insano gets caught flat footed, as Rider shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Insano is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Rider missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Insano looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Insano can do anything to dispel that myth.
Rider throws and elbow that misses. Insano uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Rider's guard. Nice move by Insano!
Rider has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
