Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Demitri Tarasov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Crosby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tarasov comes to the cage accompanied by Iron Man by Black Sabbath. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Demitri Tarasov!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kevin Crosby!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Dmitry Maklakov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarasov is looking to clinch.
Tarasov is looking to score with low kicks.
Tarasov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tarasov feints and then cracks Crosby's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Crosby down.
Crosby shoots for a double leg takedown but Tarasov sprawls well. He's pushed Crosby's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tarasov closes the distance and clinches.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Crosby wants a takedown.
Tarasov lands with a left to the head.
Crosby drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Tarasov gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Demitri Tarasov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Crosby.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Crosby as Tarasov tries to tie him up.
Tarasov unloads a knee to the mid-section. Crosby lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Crosby pulls guard.
Tarasov tries to free his leg and advance position but Crosby is retaining full guard.
Crosby is looking to sinch up a triangle. Tarasov throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Crosby's body to avoid the submission. Crosby has instead reached around Tarasov's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Crosby arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Kevin Crosby!
