And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parrish scores with a hook to the body. Duffy takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Parrish throws a series of punches but Duffy avoids them all with ease.
Parrish fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Horrible takedown by Duffy or perhaps it was just good defense by Parrish which made him look bad.
Parrish displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Duffy.
Parrish tries to clinch there but Duffy circles away.

and Duffy counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Duffy is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Parrish has managed to free his arm - good work.
Parrish is looking to get back to full guard here but Duffy has managed to pass to side control instead.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Parrish really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Duffy trying to control but Parrish is having none of it.
Parrish tries to lock up and control but Duffy gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Parrish can't escape the position.
Duffy pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Parrish tries to reverse the position but Duffy maintains control.
Duffy looking to control but Parrish is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Parrish wants to control but Duffy is having none of it.

Duffy looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
