Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Connor McCloud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leroy Dragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Leroy Dragon enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from McCloud.
Dragon fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
McCloud tries to clinch up but Dragon circles away and keeps his distance.

Dragon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McCloud sprawls well. McCloud wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dragon gets slowly back to his feet.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dragon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

McCloud can't keep his opponent in guard - Dragon advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Dragon is sneakily working for an arm triangle but McCloud sees it coming and defends easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Dragon wants to free his trapped foot but McCloud is holding on for dear life with his legs.

McCloud is in a horrible position here. Dragon smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
McCloud stops Dragon from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.

Dragon has control of McCloud's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and McCloud regains control of the situation pretty easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Dragon postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. McCloud looks a forlorn figure.
