Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tane Te Rauparaha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Jardine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Te Rauparaha comes to the cage accompanied by Get Ready - Concord Dawn ft Scribe. Jardine has chosen Pepper- Butthole Surfers as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bob Jardine!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Te Rauparaha ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Te Rauparaha swinging wilding here.
Jardine shoots in for a takedown but Te Rauparaha shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Te Rauparaha misses with a looping left.
Jardine looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Te Rauparaha throws a big shot that misses.
No joy there for Jardine, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Te Rauparaha fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Jardine.
Jardine chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Te Rauparaha can pounce on him.
Jardine thows a left - swing and a miss!
Te Rauparaha throws a right and a left that Jardine avoids nicely.
Jardine stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Te Rauparaha.
Jardine throws a head kick that misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for Te Rauparaha.
Jardine looks gassed!
Jardine thows a leg kick but Te Rauparaha checks it
and Te Rauparaha counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Jardine is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Jardine steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Te Rauparaha.
Te Rauparaha moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A thudding body kick lands there by Te Rauparaha!

Te Rauparaha lands a big uppercut and Jardine crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Jardine looks OK. Te Rauparaha waves Jardine back to his feet!

Te Rauparaha seems to be stalking Jardine here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Jardine drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
