Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Kaeo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Monson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kaeo comes into the arena with On Fire blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaeo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Monson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Monson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kaeo stuffs the takedown.
Monson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Monson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Kaeo clinches with his opponent.

Kaeo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Monson throws the left hand but Kaeo avoids the punch easily.
Monson misses with a looping right.

Monson tries to keep at a distance but Kaeo has taken the fight into the clinch.

Kaeo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jeff Monson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kaeo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Monson.
Monson takes one on the button.

It looks like Jeff Monson has been cut.
Monson thows a left - swing and a miss!
Kaeo connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Monson tumbling to the canvas! Kaeo pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Monson was done - good stoppage!
