PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aki Naama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cees Overeem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Naama might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Symphony of destruction. Naama has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The key to victory for Aki Naama has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overeem takes a swing at Naama's ribcage but misses.
Naama fails in his attempt to clinch.
Overeem takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Naama takes the fight into the clinch.
Overeem can't break the clinch.
Overeem wants to break the clinch but can't.

Overeem tightens his grip and picks Naama up, before dumping him to the ground. Naama manages to land in guard.
Naama is breathing heavily.
Overeem is working Naama over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Overeem gets to his feet - Naama follows without any prompting.
Overeem grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Naama takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Overeem cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
