The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tynin circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tynin lands a jab to the head.
Berkowitz fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tynin looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Berkowitz defending well as Tynin loads up on a big left hand.

Slade Tynin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Berkowitz closes the distance and clinches.
Berkowitz tries to stall but Tynin uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
A left hand lands to the body for Berkowitz.
Tynin on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Berkowitz takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Berkowitz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Berkowitz misses with a body kick.
A jab from Berkowitz does it's job there.

It looks like Slade Tynin has been cut.
Tynin looks to land a combination but Berkowitz avoids it well.
Berkowitz bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Tynin's head backwards.

Tynin throws a left and a right that both miss
enabling Berkowitz to counter with a crisp jab.
Berkowitz scores with a punch to the head.
Tynin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Berkowitz moves away.
Berkowitz looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Berkowitz fails with an attempt to clinch.

Tynin blocks the body kick.
Berkowitz throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Berkowitz takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Tynin takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Tynin throws a right hand that Berkowitz ducks under and follows up with a left that Berkowitz also avoids with ease.
Tynin misses with a double jab
and Berkowitz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Berkowitz scores with a jab. Tynin acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Tynin throws an overhand right that drops Berkowitz like a sack of potatoes! Tynin dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
