The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferguson throws a nice looking combination but Yoo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Yoo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ferguson.
Yoo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ferguson avoids it really well and circles away.

Yoo is looking for a triangle but Ferguson pushes his legs off easily.

Ferguson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Yoo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ferguson has managed to get both his arms back between Yoo's legs - danger averted.
Ferguson wants to get up but he can't break Yoo's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Yoo is looking for a triangle here but Ferguson uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Yoo tries to buck Ferguson off but Ferguson is having none of it.

Ferguson has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
