Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Vegas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Algenir Mira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vegas comes to the cage accompanied by Jack Vegas by MNEMIC. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Algenir Mira!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vegas drives through with a takedown into guard.
Mira working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Vegas.
Mira bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Vegas's guard.
Mira wants to pass the guard but Vegas is keeping the position.
Vegas is trying to keep Mira in close.
Vegas working for a triangle but Mira defends it easily.
Vegas keeping moving, preventing Mira from controlling successfully.
Mira is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Vegas throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Vegas working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Mira.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Vegas is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mira sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Vegas shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mira's guard.
Vegas has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mira escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Vegas gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Mira looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Vegas thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Mira avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Mira lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Vegas!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
BOOM! Mira connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Mira lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Mira scoring with strikes but Vegas is staying in there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vegas is breathing heavily.
Vegas can't escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mira pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Vegas throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Mira in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Mira lands with some strikes.
Vegas is rocked!
Mira cracks Vegas with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
