Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Tysoon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jumba Laya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laya shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tysoon defends it nicely.
Mike Tysoon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Laya has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tysoon finds it's way round the side to connect with Laya's head.
Tysoon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Laya.
Tysoon throws a shot to the body.
Tysoon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Laya moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Laya displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tysoon throws out the jab.

Tysoon clobbers Laya with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Laya got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tysoon has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Laya has managed to get both his arms back between Tysoon's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Laya is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
