The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
aelterman tries to clinch there but Subotai circles away.
Subotai showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from aelterman.
aelterman misses with a body shot.
Subotai misses with a jab, cross combination.
Subotai throws a combination that misses
and aelterman counters with a left and a right that stings Subotai.
Subotai scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
aelterman throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Subotai misses with a wild body shot.
Subotai with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Subotai throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Subotai moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like maarten aelterman has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
aelterman walks into a left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Subotai takes a swing at aelterman's ribcage but misses.
aelterman wants to clinch up but Subotai keeps it at a distance.
Subotai just misses with a punch to the body.
Subotai sends aelterman crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Subotai is motioning to the referee to let aelterman up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

aelterman takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
aelterman is still on wobbly legs! Can Subotai finish him?
aelterman looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Subotai throws an uppercut from hell that sends aelterman clean off his feet! He's out cold! Subotai stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
