Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sonny Giovanni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Houston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houston throws a leg kick but Giovanni checks it.
Giovanni scores with a body shot.
Houston connects with a right hand. Giovanni shakes it off.
Houston shoots in but no luck this time.
Houston comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Houston walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Giovanni misses with a body shot.
Giovanni will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Giovanni loads up on a big right hand but Houston slips the punch.
Houston misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Giovanni paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Giovanni dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Houston throws a right and a left that Giovanni avoids nicely.
Giovanni lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Houston tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Giovanni swivels and escapes.
Sonny Giovanni has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hank Houston.
Houston looks gassed!
Giovanni digs a good body shot into Houston's ribs.

Giovanni goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Giovanni uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Houston doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Giovanni connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Houston! He's out on his feet! Giovanni rushes in and drops Houston with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
