The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
criste lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bomber circles away quickly and effectively.
criste rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bomber moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
criste fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bomber wants to clinch up but criste keeps it at a distance.

criste fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bomber, pushing him back against the cage.
criste lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

It looks like Duke Bomber has been cut.
Bomber wants a takedown but no success here.

criste breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bomber takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Bomber shoots in and drives through. criste sprawls well.

A short right hand to the side of the head by criste.
Bomber wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
criste tries to land knees in the clinch but Bomber avoids the damage to the body.

criste breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bomber tries to clinch up but criste circles away and keeps his distance.
Bomber shoots in but criste avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Bomber throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck criste on the side of the head.
A nice inside leg kick there by criste. That's going to slow Bomber down.
criste goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

criste escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bomber gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Bomber wants to control from the top but criste keeps moving.
Bomber stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. criste swivels though and keeps the full guard.

criste lands a nice looking kick to the body. Bomber takes a step back to recover.

criste tries a head kick but it misses.
