Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Bush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jony Jony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Eric Bush has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Eric Bush!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jony Jony!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bush defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jony.
Jony shoots in for a double leg but Bush sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Bush shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jony's guard.
Bush stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jony swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bush trying to control the position from guard on top but Jony is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bush looking to sit in guard and control but Jony gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bush is on top in guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jony is trying to keep Bush in close.
Bush's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Jony wants to control but Bush passes easily into half guard.

Jony looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Bush is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jony is not content to let Bush control the position.

and Bush counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bush.

Bush could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Eric Bush just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Bush closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Bush has hold of one of Jony's legs. Jony is fighting the takedown attempt but Bush gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Bush's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Bush decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Bush shoots in and drives through. Jony sprawls well.

Bush rushes Jony and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Bush gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Jony regains guard.
Bush advances position into side control!
Jony wants to control but Bush postures up.
A lull in the action here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Bush drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bush jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Bush has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
