And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killemsoft fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Hilavitku scores with a takedown into Killemsoft's guard.
Killemsoft doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Hilavitku is pushing down on Killemsoft's leg trying to pass to half guard. Killemsoft is fighting to maintain full guard but Hilavitku has managed to sneak the leg through.
Killemsoft flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Hilavitku is trying to work for a kimura but Killemsoft is defending well.

Hilavitku seems to be working for a kimura but Killemsoft defends the submission attempt.

Hilavitku is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Killemsoft sees it coming and defends easily.
Hilavitku will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Hilavitku wants to pass the guard but Killemsoft is defending well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hilavitku is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Killemsoft is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Killemsoft has escaped and now he's on top!
Killemsoft thows a big elbow that misses.

Killemsoft postures up in Hilavitku's guard and throws a big left but Hilavitku blocks it.

Hilavitku working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Killemsoft doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Killemsoft manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Killemsoft connects with a couple of short punches.

Killemsoft drops back looking for a leg! Hilavitku is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hilavitku manages to kick Killemsoft off! Killemsoft jumps back into Hilavitku's guard.
Hilavitku wants to sweep but no luck.
Hilavitku is working hard here to advance position.

Hilavitku looking for a guillotine here but Killemsoft defends easily.
Killemsoft lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Hilavitku has his foot on Killemsoft's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Killemsoft works his way back into a safe position though.

Killemsoft is working Hilavitku over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Hilavitku looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Killemsoft must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Killemsoft is in close to Hilavitku's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Killemsoft lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Killemsoft trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Hilavitku had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Killemsoft is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Hilavitku Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Killemsoft's back instead.

Killemsoft rolls, trying to escape but Hilavitku keeps control of the position.

Hilavitku is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

Killemsoft manages to reverse the position and now he's in Hilavitku's guard. Nice work there by Killemsoft.

Killemsoft avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Hilavitku has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Killemsoft can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Hilavitku has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Killemsoft doesn't defend quickly enough and Hilavitku has managed to lock this one up! Can Killemsoft escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Hilavitku on a fantastic submission victory.
