The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
brydon wants to clinch.
brydon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
brydon throws a right and a left that both miss.
brydon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Griffin avoids the head kick by brydon.
brydon fails in his attempt to clinch.
brydon misses with a two punch combination.
brydon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
brydon looks to land a combination but Griffin avoids it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Griffin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
