Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nikola Tesla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Trujillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tesla misses with a series of wild punches.

No joy there for Tesla, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Tesla closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Tesla is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Trujillo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tesla defends it nicely.
Tesla feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Trujillo's calf.

Tesla lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Trujillo circles away quickly and effectively.
Tesla throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Tesla tries to bum rush Trujillo with a series of wild strikes but Trujillo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Trujillo shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Trujillo showed some decent athleticism there.

Trujillo working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Tesla really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Trujillo loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Tesla scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Trujillo land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Trujillo stands and salutes the crowd.
