Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Geter Done!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, KO Kane!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane is looking to clinch but Done is avoiding it.
Kane fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Done moves forwards but Kane connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Kane rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Done moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Done closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kane did well to prevent Done getting side control.
Done missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

Kane manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Done closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kane circles away.
Kane lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Kane misses with a takedown attempt

so Done counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kane keeping moving, preventing Done from controlling successfully.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Done drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Done jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Kane wants to get back to his feet but Done is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Done thows a big elbow that misses.
Done prevents Kane from getting back to his feet.
Done is looking to work some ground and pound but Kane has wrist control.
Done trying to control the position from guard on top but Kane is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Done won't allow Kane to get back to his feet.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Done blocks a head kick by Kane.
Kane throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Kane should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Kane shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Kane thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Done gets full guard.

Kane wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Done's closed guard. He's half up but Done has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Done pivots and extends the arm, Kane falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Done! Well done that man!
