The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Konnor with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gimmick to score with a decent uppercut.
Konnor misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Konnor shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gimmick as he jumps to the side.
Konnor looks gassed!
Gimmick jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Gimmick swinging wilding here.
A jab-cross combination lands for Gimmick and sends Konnor crashing to the mat! Gimmick follows him down to the mat - Konnor regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Konnor is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gimmick trying to mount his opponent but Konnor defends it.
Gimmick wants to stand up but Konnor is controlling the position.

Konnor seems to have recovered his senses.
Gimmick drops Konnor with a right and a left! Gimmick comes rushing in but Konnor regains his composure and manages to keep Gimmick in guard.
