The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Head lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Novavich is looking to clinch.
Novavich throws a body punch but Head moves out of range.

Novavich uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Head.
Novavich gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Novavich lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Head circles away quickly and effectively.
Head cracks Novavich with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Head throws an overhand right that lands on Novavich's shoulder, as Novavich tries to avoid the shot.
Head tries to bum rush Novavich with a series of wild strikes but Novavich uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lions Head seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Head is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Novavich.

Head fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Novavich to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Novavich looks to clinch but Head throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Novavich taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
