Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gonna Bust (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bust comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Shook ones kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jim King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gonna Bust!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
King misses with a few strikes there.
Bust misses with an uppercut.
Bust falls off balance throwing a combination

and King counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bust!
Bust squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
King content just to control the position here.
Bust is trying to stand up.
A nice elbow there by King.
Bust really wants to buck King off and get back to his feet.
Bust is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

BOOM! King connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Bust is squirming around, avoiding King's attempts to control the action.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
The referee warns Bust that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

King is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Bust has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Bust wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
BOOM! King connects with a massive shot to the dome!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
You get the feeling that Bust really doesn't like being in this position too much.
King lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Bust is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Bust looks gassed!
King has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
King tries to control but Bust wriggling away.

King has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bust's face.
Bust is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
King controlling his opponent.
King lands a heavy elbow.
King in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Bust wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
King tries to control but Bust wriggling away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
King lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Bust wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

King wants to finish this one by submission but Bust is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from King.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bust's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

King lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
King landing punches.
King won't let Bust get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
King trying to control but Bust is having none of it.
Bust is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
King postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Bust looks a forlorn figure.
King tries to control but Bust wriggling away.
The referee warns Bust that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
BOOM! King connects with a massive shot to the dome!

You get the feeling that Bust really doesn't like being in this position too much.
King lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jim King dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!


Bust just misses with a punch to the body.
Bust misses with a looping left.
Bust throws an overhand right that lands on King's shoulder, as King tries to avoid the shot.
Bust throws a right and a left that both miss.
Bust stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bust wants it to stay on the feet.
Jim King is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Bust falls off balance throwing a combination

and King counters with a takedown into side control.
Bust tries to escape but King is in control.
Bust stops King from passing to mount.
Bust is breathing heavily.
Bust takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Bust is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but King has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Bust sneaks out the side door and pushes King away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
A big right from Bust misses.
Gonna Bust is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bust throws a right and a left that King avoids nicely.
Bust throws a nice looking combination but King bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bust throws a hook but King blocks it.
Bust keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Bust throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bust fails to land with a series of punches.
King swings for the body but Bust moves out of range.
Bust lands a jab.
Bust misses with a combination
and King counters with a two punch combo.
Bust misses with a looping right.
King fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bust avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jim King. That's going to take a lot out of him.
King bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
King shoots for a double leg takedown but Bust sprawls well. He's pushed King's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bust throws a combination but it was largely blocked by King.
King throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bust has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
King closes the distance and clinches up with Bust, looking for a takedown. King pushes Bust against the cage but Bust circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bust pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Bust drops King with a beautiful combination! King stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Bust is looking for the KO!


King is rocked!


It looks like Jim King has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bust connects with a body shot.
Oh King is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bust swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
King seems to have got his legs back now.
Bust connects with a superb combination that knocks King out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Bust before he can land any more shots to the unconscious King!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Gonna Bust!
