Benoit could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Benoit is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. with is trying to escape and Benoit transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and with is forced to tap! Nice work there by Benoit! Very nice indeed!
