The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Alexandre Firmino and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stubbe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Velasquez pinned against the cage. Velasquez gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Stubbe tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Stubbe shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Velasquez but Velasquez pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Stubbe throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Velasquez's waist but Velasquez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stubbe off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henk Stubbe. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Stubbe tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Velasquez swivels and escapes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stubbe shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Velasquez as he jumps to the side.
Velasquez on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Stubbe. Stubbe obviously looking to wear him down.

Stubbe tries for a takedown but Velasquez sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Velasquez keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Stubbe closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Velasquez manages to work his way to half guard, despite Stubbe's best efforts.
Velasquez is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Stubbe's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Stubbe's back!

Velasquez working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Stubbe is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Velasquez has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Stubbe taps out!
