Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jayden throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Emhoff is defended easily by Jayden.
Jayden shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Emhoff as he jumps to the side.
Jayden with a poor takedown
and Emhoff counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jayden wants to clinch but Emhoff slips to the side
and Emhoff counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jayden's guard now.
Jayden wants to stand but Emhoff is controlling the position.
Jayden wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Emhoff is now in half guard.
Jayden keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Emhoff content to control rather than advance.
Jayden trying to hold on to Emhoff's head to control him but Emhoff postures up.

Jayden is refusing to be controlled, as Emhoff sits in half guard.
Emhoff works his way into full mount!
Jayden is wriggling around trying to escape.
Emhoff looking to control but Jayden is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
The referee warns Jayden that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Emhoff working for a submission but Jayden is keeping him at bay.
Emhoff trying to control but Jayden is having none of it.
Emhoff pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Jayden is breathing heavily.
Emhoff throwing strikes here but Jayden is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Jayden is squirming around, avoiding Emhoff's attempts to control the action.
Emhoff throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.

Emhoff looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Emhoff controlling from mount.
Jayden is working to get back to half guard.
Jayden is squirming around, avoiding Emhoff's attempts to control the action.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Emhoff is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Jayden is forced to tap! Great finish!
