The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Billbo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Rodriguez is looking to clinch.

Billbo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Billbo is trying to get an arm triangle but Rodriguez is defending well.
Billbo is staying tight to Rodriguez's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Billbo is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Rodriguez has escaped the position, nice work there.

Billbo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rodriguez is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Billbo swings around for an armbar but Rodriguez sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Billbo's guard.

Billbo has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Rodriguez should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Billbo has tightened it up now! Rodriguez should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
