The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lehtonen shoots in for a double leg but Silva sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Silva throws a looping overhand right but Lehtonen ducks down to avoid it.
Lehtonen misses the shot to the body.
Silva misses with the combination.
Lehtonen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Silva misses the shot to the body.
Silva throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lehtonen rushes Silva and presses him up against the cage.
Lehtonen scores a nice knee to the body.
Silva wants to break the clinch but can't.
Lehtonen utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Lehtonen jumps guard and drags Silva to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Lehtonen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Silva stops Lehtonen from standing up.
Silva wants to get up but he can't break Lehtonen's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Lehtonen pushes a forearm under Silva's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Silva is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
