Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pratipar Rapcheep!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones punishes Rapcheep's body with a nice straight punch.
Jones throws a front kick aimed at Rapcheep's knee but Rapcheep avoids it well.
Rapcheep doesn't manage to clinch there - Jones circles away.
Jones misses with a series of wild punches.
Rapcheep takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Jones shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rapcheep defends it nicely.
Jones throws a right and a left that Rapcheep avoids nicely.
Rapcheep avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jones looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Rapcheep is looking to clinch but Jones is avoiding it.
Jones dodges the punch combination from Rapcheep.
Jones misses with a double jab
and Rapcheep counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Rapcheep with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Rapcheep trying to stall but Jones improves his position.
Rapcheep is pressed up against the cage. Jones has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rapcheep down to the mat. Rapcheep avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Rapcheep is looking to clinch.
Jones looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gi Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jones misses with a leg kick
and Rapcheep counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Jones is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Jones just misses with a punch to the body.
Jones circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jones shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Rapcheep is trying to defend but Jones finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Rapcheep is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Rapcheep has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jones is working away from the top position though.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Jones seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Rapcheep is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
