Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Man Cage!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Cope Two!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Two rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cage moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Two closes the distance and clinches up with Cage, looking for a takedown. Two pushes Cage against the cage but Cage circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Cage lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Two at a distance.
Two looks gassed!
Two shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Cage scores with a nice strike.
Cage punishes Two's body with a nice straight punch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cage lands a jab to Two's midsection.
Two walks into a jab.
Cage scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Two doesn't seem bothered though.
Cage digs a good body shot into Two's ribs.
Cage lands with a shot to the body.
Cage throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Two on the side of the head.
Cage drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Two right on the button. Two goes down! Cage follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Cage gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Man Cage!
