The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
No joy there for Veb, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stone shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Veb as he jumps to the side.
Veb bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Stone on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Stone throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Veb on the side of the head.
It looks like BJ Veb has been cut.
Nice body kick there by Veb.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Veb throws a nice looking combination but Stone bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Stone walks into a straight right hand from Veb.
Stone takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Veb avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Veb uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Stone.
Veb works over Stone's head and body with a nice combination.
Stone looks gassed!
Nice jab there from Veb.
Veb is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Veb scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Veb lands a left and a right that sends Stone crashing to the canvas! Veb dives into mount looking to finish!
Stone is rocked!
Veb looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Stone covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
