Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emmie FaTua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Mann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think FaTua might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to (iz) some were over the rainbow. The crowd seem to be enjoying Mann's choice of entrance music: Crank Dat by Soulja Boy. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

No joy there for FaTua, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
FaTua swinging wilding here.
No luck for FaTua with that takedown attempt.

Emmie FaTua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mann is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in FaTua's half guard.
Mann wants to work for an arm triangle but FaTua is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
FaTua is looking to improve his position.
Mann wants to take a breather but FaTua is having none of it.

Mann seems to be working for a kimura but FaTua defends the submission attempt.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Mann is pressing down on FaTua's thigh, looking to free his foot. FaTua is holding on for now.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Mann is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Mann can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as FaTua is looking to escape.

Mann shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Mann seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but FaTua does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Mann might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control FaTua kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

FaTua is in a horrible position here. Mann smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Mann gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Brandon Mann showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

and Mann counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Mann wants to pass the guard but FaTua is keeping the position.
Mann sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed FaTua's guard.
Mann lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
FaTua tries to get to full guard but Mann has control of the leg.
FaTua has hold of Mann's hands but Mann slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Mann is looking to take a break and control but FaTua is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Mann seems to be working for a kimura but FaTua defends the submission attempt.
Mann lands strikes from half guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Mann throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Mann wants to lay and pray for a moment but FaTua keeps working.
Mann not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Emmie FaTua has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Mann thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed FaTua's head.
Mann is looking to stall here but FaTua recovers full guard.

Mann is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Mann postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
FaTua falls off balance throwing a combination
and Mann counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for FaTua!

Mann is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. FaTua can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

FaTua reaches up and holds on to Mann to control the position.
Mann tries to control but FaTua wriggling away.

Brandon Mann comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Mann has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
