The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peto scores with a jab to the head.
Peto lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tarinashi circles away quickly and effectively.
Peto misses with a series of wild punches.
A combination from Peto does no damage.
Tarinashi paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Peto scores with a hook to the body. Tarinashi takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Peto digs a good hook to Tarinashi's body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tarinashi moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Tarinashi swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Peto counters with a right hand to the body.
Tarinashi is breathing heavily.
Peto throws an overhand right that lands on Tarinashi's shoulder, as Tarinashi tries to avoid the shot.
Tarinashi avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Peto steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tarinashi.
Nice defenses there by Tarinashi.
Tarinashi defending well as Peto loads up on a big left hand.
Tarinashi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Tarinashi thows a left - swing and a miss!
Peto tries to bum rush Tarinashi with a series of wild strikes but Tarinashi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Tarinashi shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Peto tries to get to full guard but Tarinashi has control of the leg.

The fighters are battling for position here. Peto manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Peto had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Tarinashi is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Peto Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Tarinashi's back instead.
Tarinashi tries to escape the position.
Peto throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Tarinashi!

Tarinashi is trying to break free.
Peto lands a shot to the head.

Peto has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Tarinashi is in real trouble here. Peto gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Tarinashi is tapping out! Peto wins by rear naked choke!
