Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Can (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia checks the leg kick nicely there.
Can fails with the takedown.
Garcia tries to clinch up but Can circles away and keeps his distance.
Can takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Garcia throws a body punch but Can moves out of range.
Can uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Garcia.
A solid body kick from Can.
Garcia throws a right and a left that Can avoids nicely.
Can tries to clinch up but Garcia circles away and keeps his distance.
Can tries to clinch up.
A punch combination from Can misses.
Garcia works Can's body with a nice hook.
Can uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Garcia.
Can shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Can rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Garcia moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Garcia throws a good cross that connects.

Can is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Garcia.
Garcia looks to score with a jab to the body but Can is just out of range.
Can shoots in looking for a takedown. Garcia tries to sprawl out of it but Can keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Garcia manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Can tries to close the distance and clinch up but Garcia swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Can displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Garcia throws out the jab.

and Garcia counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Garcia comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Garcia connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Garcia drops Can with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Can! Garcia dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
