The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Trace.
Bigs shoots for a takedown but Trace saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Bigs moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A slapping leg kick lands for Trace.
Jesus Trace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Trace clinches.
Bigs blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Trace lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Bigs backwards.

It looks like Corey Bigs has been cut.
Bigs on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
A short body shot lands from Trace as the two fighters clinch.

Bigs has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Trace is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Bigs is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Trace can't fight it off and eventually Bigs manages to take the fight to the floor. Trace looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Bigs throws and elbow that misses. Trace uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bigs's guard. Nice move by Trace!

Trace is posturing up here but Bigs has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Trace tries to roll out but it's too tight and Trace has to tap! Slick submission there by Bigs!
