Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Cherry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orange Juice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cherry comes to the cage accompanied by Let me ride that donkey!. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Orange Juice!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Alyssa Summers and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Juice fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Juice avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cherry uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Juice.
Juice throws a big shot that misses.
Cherry throws the left hand but Juice avoids the punch easily.
Juice takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
It looks like Orange Juice has been cut.
Juice throws a jab but it's blocked by Cherry.
Juice moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Cherry staying out of range there.
Juice tries to bum rush Cherry with a series of wild strikes but Cherry uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Juice getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cherry will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Juice misses with a double jab.
Cherry staying out of range there.
Juice moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Juice punishes Cherry's body with a nice straight punch.
Cherry bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Cherry with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Juice to score with a decent uppercut.
Juice throws a hook to the side of Cherry's head but Cherry sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Cherry is looking to clinch but Juice is avoiding it.
Orange Juice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Juice throws a hook but Cherry avoids it easily.
Juice with a nice cross.
Cherry keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Juice.
Cherry tries to close the distance and clinch but Juice swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Cherry tries to clinch but Juice moves out of range.
Juice waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Cherry.
Juice takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Juice throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Juice throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Cherry on the side of the head.
A big right from Juice misses.

and Cherry counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Juice throws the left hand but Cherry avoids the punch easily.

A combination from Juice does no damage.
Juice comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Cherry is looking to clinch but Juice is avoiding it.
Juice falls off balance throwing a combination
and Cherry counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Juice looks gassed!
Cherry wants to clinch.
Cherry moves out of range of the strikes.
Cherry throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Juice throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cherry.
Cherry feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Juice sprawling to the canvas! Juice rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Cherry finish him?!

Nice defenses there by Cherry.
Cherry drops Juice with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Juice looks back up at him and smiles so Cherry waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Juice is rocked!
Cherry throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Juice connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Juice is still on wobbly legs! Can Cherry finish him?
Juice loads up on a big right hand but Cherry slips the punch.
Cherry waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Juice.
Juice seems to have recovered his senses.
Cherry throws a hook to the side of Juice's head but Juice sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Juice misses with an uppercut. Cherry saw that one coming.
Cherry connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Juice! He's out on his feet! Cherry rushes in and drops Juice with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Don Cherry!
Don Cherry retains his light heavyweight title!
