Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Simo Kostaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Kellly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Simo Kostaja!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kyle Kellly!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kellly throws a leg kick but Kostaja sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Kellly throws a leg kick which misses Kostaja's front leg but catches the back leg as Kostaja tries to avoid it.
Kostaja fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kostaja moves into range and clinches up with Kellly.
Kellly's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kellly lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Simo Kostaja has been cut.
Kellly avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kellly is looking to slow Kostaja down with leg kicks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A solid leg kick lands there for Kellly.
A nice inside leg kick there by Kellly. That's going to slow Kostaja down.
Kellly attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Kellly misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kostaja is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kellly lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kostaja's sensitive parts.

Kellly connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

A chopping leg kick lands by Kellly.
Kostaja chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kellly can pounce on him.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Kellly throws a low kick, looking for Kostaja's leg but Kostaja calmly moves out of range.
Kellly cracks Kostaja with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Kellly connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Kellly misses with a low kick.
Kellly with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Kellly.
A slapping body kick lands there for Kellly.
Kellly throws a leg kick which misses Kostaja's front leg but catches the back leg as Kostaja tries to avoid it.

Kellly fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kostaja crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kellly - the referee stops the clock and Kostaja gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kellly. Kostaja manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Kellly with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kellly throws a front kick that sends Kostaja stumbling back into the cage.
Kellly connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kostaja. Kostaja circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Kostaja on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kellly. Kellly obviously looking to wear him down.

Kellly feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Kostaja sprawling to the canvas! Kostaja rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kellly finish him?!
Kostaja is rocked!
Kellly is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kellly sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Kostaja's defenses. It connects perfectly with Kostaja's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kyle Kellly!
