Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reggie Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raekwon Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Reggie Reynolds!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Raekwon Carter!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reynolds lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Raekwon Carter has been cut.
Carter closes the distance and clinches up with Reynolds, looking for a takedown. Carter pushes Reynolds against the cage but Reynolds circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Reynolds misses with a double jab.
Reynolds misses with a two punch combination.
Reynolds lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Carter sprawling to the canvas. Reynolds follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Carter hang on?

Carter is rocked!
Reynolds tries to stand and escape but Carter is controlling the position.
Carter is still in real trouble! Can Reynolds finish him?
Carter tries to roll over but Reynolds keeps him under control.
Reynolds is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Carter seems to have recovered his senses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carter moves into full guard.
Carter looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Reynolds knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Carter on the ground.

Carter had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Reynolds is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Carter Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Reynolds's back instead.
Reynolds is trying to get back to his feet but Carter has full control of the position and if anything, Reynolds has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Carter punches the canvas rather than the man.

Carter is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Reynolds is defending well though. Carter let's go of the attempt for now.
Carter looks gassed!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Reynolds staying busy and making it hard for Carter to control.

Carter is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Reynolds with him. Reynolds is trying to defend but Carter has an arm under the chin now! Reynolds grimaces and is forced to tap out!
