Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Jorge 's head but he takes it in his stride.

It looks like James Jorge has been cut.
Nice takedown defense from Marcus. No joy for Jorge on that attempt.

Jorge shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jorge showed some decent athleticism there.
Jorge is trying to control the action in half guard but Marcus is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marcus tries to roll over but Jorge keeps him under control.

Jorge is trying to work for a kimura but Marcus is defending well.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Jorge wants to clinch up but Marcus keeps it at a distance.
Jorge tries for a takedown but Marcus sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Marcus leaves Jorge with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Marc Marcus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Jorge.
Jorge looks gassed!

Marcus cracks Jorge with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Marcus has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Jorge to stand back up!

Jorge bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Marcus comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Jorge falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Jorge was out before he hit the floor!
